I haven’t been this excited about a book in a long time. Lost & Found by Alla Polsky is an incredibly interesting and fully entertaining book about the journey back into our own hearts. Stories of travel experiences are beautifully woven into what we all long for – more love, more happiness, and to know our purpose here on earth. And best of all, chapter 12 is all about Alla’s experience at her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Marianne Wells School! Alla Polsky speaks from the heart, her words, full of wisdom, gracefully flow engaging us on her journey. I highly recommend this book, it’s an easy read densely crafted to bring every reader into a happier, more joyful state of mind.
